Key Responsibilities

- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine workflows and systems to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees; set performance expectations and provide coaching.
- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee budgets, control costs, manage inventory, and procure necessary materials.
- Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make informed decisions for improvement.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure daily operations support organizational goals, collaborating with leadership and other departments.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and manage projects.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of business processes, budget management, and relevant software.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Healthcare Business Admin or / MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
