Role: Senior Manager – Sales

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire recent Enterprise Accounts/Corporate customers in the Foreign Exchange vertical.

Manage a team while also contributing as an individual contributor.

Achieve assigned corporate sales targets, including top-line and revenue targets.

Understand the presales process and design effective pitches accordingly.

Generate leads through cold calling and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Understand customer service requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions in coordination with Relationship and Service Delivery teams.

Ensure strict adherence to KYC and compliance requirements.

Maintain regular and effective engagement with all acquired clients.

Drive revenue growth from existing accounts through account farming.

Promote the FX Online Booking Tool among new corporate/wholesale customers, wherever applicable.

Drive cross-selling of Thomas Cook products such as Currency, VISA, Insurance, etc.





Maintain complete and accurate lead details in the CRM-based Lead Management System.

Drive new corporate customer acquisition across the designated geography.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Manage customer relationships to drive business volumes and long-term growth.

Ensure adherence to all organizational compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile:

We are particularly looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and strong expertise in Sales, Enterprise Acquisition, Foreign Exchange/Banking/Financial Services/insurance, along with proven team management and individual sales capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
