We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Intern who can help us build and scale our influencer/creator network.

What You'll Do

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain an organized database of influencers based on niche, audience, engagement, location, and reach.
- Reach out to influencers through DMs, emails, and other channels for collaborations.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to execution.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage follow-ups.
- Develop creative campaign ideas that can generate awareness and leads for Growbro.ai.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor influencer trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
- Work closely with the marketing and growth team to execute campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media,



and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold DMs, emails, and follow-ups.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify good creators and campaign opportunities.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience with influencer outreach or marketing is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
