We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the execution team with budgeting and quantity calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction projects
- Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements
- Calculate material quantities, labour costs, and project budgets
- Obtain and compare vendor/supplier quotations
- Prepare rate analysis and cost reports
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams
- Monitor project cost variations and suggest cost-effective solutions




- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted on time

Requirements:

- Experience in interior estimation / quantity surveying / project costing
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes
- Ability to read architectural/interior drawings
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and estimation software (preferred)
- Robust analytical and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and cost control mindset

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
