Reporting To: Store Manager / Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Head Office / Warehouse / As Assigned
Experience: 2–5 Years preferred

Job Summary

The Inventory & Store Executive will be responsible for managing the company's inventory and store operations for security surveillance and electronic products. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and maintaining stock of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, access control systems, biometric devices, fire alarm systems, cables, networking equipment, accessories, spare parts, and other security surveillance materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations efficiently.
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity, specifications, condition, and supporting documents.
- Check incoming materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and material requisitions.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for received materials.
- Properly label, code, categorize, and store materials in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of all inward, outward, transfer, return, and damaged materials.
- Issue materials to technicians, branches, projects, and departments against authorized material requisitions.
- Maintain proper documentation for every material issued from the store.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of critical materials.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department regarding replenishment requirements.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, obsolete materials, and slow-moving items.
- Maintain proper records of serial numbers, model numbers, batch numbers, warranty details, and asset information wherever applicable.
- Maintain stock of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, hard disks, switches, routers, PoE devices, monitors, biometric devices, access control systems, fire alarm equipment, cables, connectors, power supplies, and other accessories.
- Maintain separate records for new, used, repaired, returned, defective, and scrap materials.
- Coordinate with the Service/Technical Department for defective or warranty-related materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Sales, Projects, and Technical teams regarding material requirements.
- Track materials issued to technicians and ensure proper return of unused or replaced materials.
- Maintain records of materials transferred between branches and project locations.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports, stock statements, consumption reports, and shortage reports.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and protected handling of electronic and technical equipment.
- Follow FIFO/appropriate inventory practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, secure, and properly maintained.
- Assist in annual and periodic stock audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure no material is issued without proper authorization.
- Report any discrepancy, loss, damage, or unauthorized movement of stock to management immediately.
- Perform any other store and inventory-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
