Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware equipment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and connectivity issues
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and equipment records
- Follow safety, quality, and field-service procedures
