Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily plant operations, production activities, manpower, and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily plant and production operations.
- Manage production staff and manpower.
- Monitor production targets and schedules.
- Ensure quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.
- Monitor machinery and equipment.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Minimize wastage and ensure smooth workflow.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
