Job Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst - Sales Trainer to support sales performance through call analysis, targeted coaching, training, and performance improvement. With the implementation of call recording systems, this role will analyze advisor interactions, identify performance and compliance gaps, and deliver focused interventions to improve product knowledge, objection handling, call quality, productivity, and overall advisor performance.

The role will also act as a SWAT resource, supporting critical performance gaps, new product/process rollouts, and targeted improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze recorded advisor calls to identify gaps in sales effectiveness, product knowledge, objection handling, call quality, compliance, and customer interaction.

Conduct targeted coaching and training interventions based on call-level insights, performance data, and identified capability gaps.

Develop and deliver training on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, communication, call quality, compliance, and productivity.

Establish and track sales and call-quality benchmarks, identify performance trends, and share actionable insights with business and sales leadership.

Partner with Sales, Quality, Operations, and Product teams to address recurring gaps and drive continuous performance improvement.





Act as a SWAT resource for critical performance issues, new launches, process changes, and teams requiring immediate capability interventions.

Maintain training records, coaching outcomes, performance metrics, and post-training impacts to measure effectiveness and recommend further interventions.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, quality analysis, coaching, customer experience, or performance management.

Hands-on experience in sales/advisor call analysis, coaching, training delivery, and performance improvement.

Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, product pitching, call quality, compliance, and customer engagement.

Ability to identify behavioral and performance gaps from call recordings and data, convert insights into coaching actions, and measure improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, benchmark performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work as a SWAT resource in fast-paced environments and support multiple teams or business priorities.

Experience with call recording, quality monitoring, CRM, LMS, or sales analytics tools is preferred.
