Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, customer-friendly and responsible Retail Executive to work at a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) food counter. The candidate will be responsible for serving customers, taking orders, handling billing and payments, maintaining food quality and hygiene, and ensuring smooth day-to-day counter operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide polite and efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Handle cash, card and digital payment transactions.
- Operate the billing/POS system and issue bills to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food counter and service area.
- Ensure food items are properly displayed, packed and served.
- Check stock of food, packaging materials and other counter requirements.
- Assist in maintaining proper food storage and wastage control.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and company policies at all times.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support the team during busy hours and maintain fast service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.




- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

Qualification

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Previous experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, food counter or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers may also be considered based on suitability.

Job Type

Full-Time | Shift-Based

A responsible, energetic and customer-oriented person who can maintain speed, cleanliness, accuracy and positive service while working at a busy QSR food counter.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
