We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Person to develop and expand our school sales business across Prayagraj and surrounding territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, and other schools.
- Build strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and Teachers.
- Promote K-12 educational books, academic publications, AI, Robotics, and STEM solutions.
- Identify new schools and expand the existing customer base.
- Conduct school visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR), customer records, and territory updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Travel across Prayagraj and nearby assigned territories.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in School Book Publishing / Educational Publishing is preferred.
- Proven experience in institutional and school sales.




- Strong network with schools, distributors, dealers, and booksellers will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

- Candidates with robust experience in K-12 School Book Sales.
- Good knowledge of the Prayagraj education market.
- Existing relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Experience handling a territory independently and achieving sales targets.
