Role Title: Warehouse - Medtech

Business Unit: Zydus MedTech – Ortho

Reports to: Commercial &compliance; Manager

Role Summary:

The warehouse manager should efficiently manage and lead end-to-end warehouse operations, domestic and export logistics, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. should be driving SAP enabled operations, process standardization, and inventory governance.

Should demonstrate the success in improving operational efficiency, reducing logistics costs, and building high-performing warehouse teams to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with reregulation, inward, outward, storage, billing... Inventory planning, forecasting of inventory co-ordination with Commercial manager

Distribution Management- Inbound and outbound of goods across India with the optimum customer expectation of delivery.

Warehouse Management- Capacity, space optimization, Demarked Zone.

Data Management- MIS report, Data analytics, SLOP movement, expiry management. Sales reporting.





Regulatory & Statutory Compliance- GST, Drug, other statutory licence renewal

/Intimation, Monthly /Yearly/periodical audit report .. other GMP/SOP compliance of warehouse management.

Staff Management-Training and developing warehouse staff to ensure a competent and effective team

Safety Management-Ensuring security, security protocols, and maintenance of the warehouse infrastructure

Education&skill;

Bachelor’s degree- and 10-15 Years Experience.

Knowledge of Joint replacement/robotics/Navigation-Preferred.

Proven track record of improving warehouse management.

Prior working experience in medical device/Pharma/Life sciences, preferably orthopaedics implant company.
