About the Role

We are looking for a curious and driven individual to join Sapience Edu Connect as a Quality & Learning Innovation Associate. The role combines academic quality,Companion( tutor) development, technology exploration and learning innovation. You will work closely with the team to improve our learning experience and implement recent ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Tutor hiring and onboarding
- Tutor training and development
- Quality monitoring of classes and learning platforms
- Identifying and evaluating new technology and AI tools
- Researching innovative learning approaches
- Developing and implementing new ideas and initiatives
- Supporting R&D; and continuous improvement at Sapience

What We Prefer

- Strong interest in EdTech, technology, child development, or learning
- Curious mindset with willingness to explore and learn
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills




- Ability to take ownership and execute ideas independently
- Freshers with strong potential are encouraged to apply
- Background in Education, Child Development, Technology ,
- Computer Science or Science Background is preferred

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
