JD for Artist Management – Sales & Marketing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to manage sales and marketing opportunities for our in-house artists, with a focus on live shows, brand collaborations, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Live Show Sales: Pitch in-house artists to event companies, venues, corporates, colleges, festivals, promoters, and other potential clients for live performances.

2. Brand Partnerships: Identify and approach relevant brands and agencies for artist collaborations, endorsements, campaigns, and appearances.

3. Business Development: Generate leads, conduct outreach, follow-ups, and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings and collaborations.

4. Client & Industry Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with brands, agencies, event organisers, talent buyers, and other industry stakeholders.

5. Artist Pitching: Understand each artist’s profile and positioning and create relevant pitches/proposals based on client requirements.

6. Coordination: Work closely with artist managers,



marketing, PR, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed deals and shows.

7. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a database/CRM of leads, client interactions, opportunities, follow-ups, and deal status.

Requirements

* Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Sales-oriented and proactive approach with strong follow-up skills.

* Interest in music, entertainment, artists, live events, and brands.

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and travelling/on-ground for events when required.

* Prior experience in artist management, event sales, brand partnerships, or entertainment is a plus.

Salary - 25000-45000 in hand
Office Timing - 11am to 8pm (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
