Required Skills:

- AI/ML Technical Advisory: Act as the AI/ML technical authority across the platform, providing specialist guidance on risk-scoring models, classification, case-review assistance, OCR, intelligent document processing, and AI-assisted workflows, with strong understanding of applied ML and model evaluation.
- AI/ML Architecture & Engineering: Advise Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Engineering teams, and delivery pods on AI/ML system architecture, data requirements, model selection, integration, scalability, performance, production readiness, and integration within broader microservices platforms; guide engineering teams implementing AI-enabled capabilities.
- Responsible & Trustworthy AI: Review AI/ML approaches for technical soundness, model accuracy, validation, explainability, bias and bias mitigation, privacy, security,



data governance, monitoring, retraining, and human oversight; ensure responsible-AI practices are embedded in AI-assisted decisioning.
- Delivery, Risk & Stakeholder Advisory: Assess technical feasibility, risks, dependencies, delivery complexity, and realistic estimates for proposed AI capabilities; advise the Enterprise Architect and Engineering Manager, support vendor/tooling evaluation for AI platforms, model hosting and MLOps, and communicate AI capabilities/limitations to technical, business, and client stakeholders.
- Qualifications & Preferred Expertise: Master//'s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field or equivalent demonstrable seniority; relevant AI/ML certification or published/applied work preferred. Experience with document/OCR AI, MLOps and production model monitoring, and regulated/high-assurance or government/public-sector systems is preferred. Solid communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
