HR- INTERNSHIP

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while contributing to meaningful projects that support the organization’s people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.

Qualifications:

- Must be graduate or MBA.
