Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Executive to join a jewellery showroom in Surat. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery or retail sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, offers, and quality.
- Assist customers throughout the selection and purchase process.
- Demonstrate jewellery products professionally.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and generate repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a professional showroom environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales or retail sales.




- Previous experience in a jewellery showroom is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Ability to work full-time from the showroom.
