Role Summary

As a Career Guide, you will understand students’ career aspirations and will guide them to enroll to the suitable course and support them throughout the admission process from walk-in till enrolment.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Handle learner walk-ins and provide course & career guidance.
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with learners and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

- 1-7yrs experience in career counselling/B2C sales across the education/EdTech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Target-driven sales mindset.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication & counselling skills.
