Location: Calicut office (willing to Travel all over india and abroad if required )

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Scaffolding Design Engineers with a strong civil and steel structural background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Designing Scaffolding and temporary steel systems and scaffolding solutions, with its load calculation to prove the design for the purpose is ensuring structural integrity and safety across projects.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in structural designing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and STAAD (structural analysis software).
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, especially for temporary steel systems and scaffolding.
- Experience in both design and detailing of structures.
- Willingness to travel across India for project assignments and abroad if required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in temporary steel systems and scaffold design is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and coordinate design solutions effectively.

General Requirements:

- Language Skills: Good spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills are required.
- MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,



including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Time Management: Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities both within and outside the office environment.
- Email & Professional Communication: Good email etiquette and qualified written communication skills.
- Industry Exposure: Knowledge or experience in seaports, airports, ship repair, aircraft maintenance, petrochemical production facilities, oil & gas production and distribution, and event industries will be considered an advantage during candidate shortlisting.
- Scaffolding Industry Experience: Candidates with relevant scaffolding industry experience will be given priority.
