We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer to help streamline our development, deployment, and infrastructure processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptionally strong English communication skills.

English communication is a critical requirement for this role. The candidate must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently in spoken and written English and work effectively with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.

Build scalable ML pipelines for data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.

Develop and optimize predictive models using appropriate ML/DL techniques.

Work with contemporary AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, and AI agents, where relevant.

Implement model evaluation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.





Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented production-quality code.

Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Clearly present technical findings, project updates, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related role.

Strong proficiency in Python and commonly used ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Robust understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization.

Experience with data processing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.

Experience working with SQL and databases.

Understanding of ML deployment and MLOps practices is highly desirable.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Exposure to Generative AI/LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI agents is a strong advantage.

Good understanding of software engineering principles, Git, APIs, testing, and debugging.





Critical Requirement — English Communication

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

The candidate should:

Communicate confidently and fluently in spoken English.

Have strong written English skills with good grammar and clarity.

Be able to explain complex AI/ML concepts in simple, understandable language.

Communicate effectively with international clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Participate confidently in technical discussions, presentations, and meetings.

Write clear technical documentation, emails, reports, and project updates.

Candidates with strong technical skills but weak spoken or written English communication may not be suitable for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience taking ML/AI solutions from proof of concept to production.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Contributions to AI/ML projects, research, open-source projects, or technical communities are a plus.
