Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer cum Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our residential and commercial project sites, including high-rise towers. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise, site supervision experience, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of construction practices.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for residential, commercial, and high-rise tower projects in accordance with approved project plans and specifications.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure high productivity and quality of work.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and schedules.
- Coordinate multiple construction activities simultaneously while ensuring smooth site operations.

Project Coordination

- Liaise with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors,



and internal teams for effective project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of construction materials at the project site.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work meets approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Identify construction defects, deviations, and quality issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Ensure adherence to approved architectural and structural drawings.

Safety Oversight

- Enforce health and safety protocols across the construction site.
- Conduct and participate in regular safety briefings and toolbox meetings.
- Identify potential site hazards and ensure appropriate corrective measures are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations, particularly for high-rise construction activities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain detailed daily site reports covering work progress, labour deployment, material consumption, and site activities.




- Prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Maintain records of drawings, inspections, measurements, material usage, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-related documentation requirements.

Budget & Timeline Management

- Monitor project expenses and material usage to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Track project schedules and ensure construction activities remain on schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to address delays and maintain project timelines.
- Assist in planning and implementing work schedules for timely project completion.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, construction, or site execution.
- Experience working on residential and commercial construction projects, preferably including high-rise towers.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, civil works, building materials, site execution, and safety norms.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, contractor management, labour management, and project coordination.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
