Location: Pallikaranai, Chennai( Partial WFH)
Role Summary:
The Market Research Executive (MRE) is responsible for researching for ICP's (Ideal Customer Profile) for Accounts within the TAM
(Total Addressable Market) and maintaining the overall functioning of the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify accounts within the TAM
- Find 3–5 ICP's within the account
- Validate email and phone numbers using different tools
- Ensure the data is properly updated on the CRM and assigned to the SDR
- Log all changes in CRM
- Provide feedback on lead quality
Required Skills:
- 0–1 year of work experience (B2B)
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and MS Office
- Comfortable with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Data-driven, coachable
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
