About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Production Executive to join our team and create engaging video content for Zéchai and its growing network of outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, and brand content.
- Handle video production from concept development to final editing.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and campaigns.
- Capture outlet activities, food products, events, customer experiences, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency with Zéchai's brand identity and content style.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends.
- Manage and organize video files and production assets.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in video production/content creation.
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
- Creative mindset with valuable storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Starting Salary: ₹15,000/month

As Zéchai expands and new outlets open, the role will involve increased responsibilities and opportunities for salary hikes and growth opportunities based on performance.
