Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Generalist who can turn ideas into engaging content andhelp us build a strong digital presence across platforms.

If you live on Instagram, understand LinkedIn trends, notice viral content before everyoneelse, and enjoy creating impactful content — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, and post ideas
- Coordinate with design & video teams for content execution
- Track trends, competitors, and audience engagement
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns
- Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns
- Build creative concepts for branding and marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For





✔ 1–3 years experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing

✔ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn & short-form content

✔ Creative mindset with good communication skills

✔ Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools is a plus

✔ Someone who understands internet culture, trends & storytelling
