Hiring: Branch Head – Real Estate | Angamaly

Dreams Land Realty is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead and manage our Angamaly Branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage customer relationships, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor branch accounts, expenses, collections, and financial activities.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff when required.
- Coordinate with management and ensure smooth execution of company policies and procedures.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the branch.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and skilled operations.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in real estate, sales, branch management, or business operations is preferred.




- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, marketing, accounts, and administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage and grow a branch.
- Candidates with local market knowledge and a strong network will have an advantage.
