BricksToHome is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and career-driven Talent Acquisition Interns who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to real-time HR and recruitment operations in a fast-growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities: Candidate sourcing through job portals, referrals & social platforms Resume screening and initial candidate coordination Scheduling and coordinating interviews Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities Assisting in campus hiring drives and HR operations Maintaining recruitment data and reports

Eligibility Criteria: MBA / BBA / Graduates (Any stream – HR preferred)



Robust communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR or recruitment is a plus Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
