Job Title/Designation: Admission Counsellor Online

Mode of Work: Full Time, work from office position

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clearly describe the courses, fee structure, and admission process.

2. Respond to messages and inquiries from students and parents online.

3. Counsel students and parents and help them choose the right course.

4. Understand the student's requirements and suggest the most suitable course or program.

5. Attend admission enquiry calls and convert leads into admissions.

6. Coordinate the complete online admission process, including registration, fee collection, documentation.

7. Act as the primary point of contact for online students and parents, addressing academic and administrative queries.

8. Prepare reports,



maintain data in various formats as requested by the Company, like MS Excel, CRM etc.

9. Respond to queries from students/parents and give timely support when requested.

10. Collect feedback from students and parents and share it with the reporting manager.

11. Update students about upcoming exams/allotment dates.

12. Take an active role in processing student enquiry from initial enquiry to branch visit and/or at relevant stages and convert to admissions.

Required Skills:

1. Good Knowledge in Malayalam, English and Hindi languages

2. Solid Counselling and interpersonal skills

3. Quick learner

4. Knowledge in MS Office

5. Previous experience in similar role will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters/ B.Tech/M.Tech

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
