MOC Shipyards is looking for a Graduate Engineer to support sales, business development, commercial coordination and customer support. This is a customer-facing role combining engineering knowledge with commercial and communication skills, with exposure to international shipyard projects and commercial vessels.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sales, business development, customer enquiries, quotations and technical-commercial proposals.
- Prepare weekly and fortnightly customer progress reports for multiple commercial vessels.
- Collect and verify project updates from engineering, production, planning, procurement, quality, safety, finance and commercial teams.
- Prepare skilled reports with photographs, progress data, schedules, milestones and technical information.
- Coordinate customer queries, actions, project updates and after-sales requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, customer communications and commercial activities.
- Assist with costing, tender documentation, commercial submissions, invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Support customer meetings, shipyard visits, exhibitions and business-development activities.
- Assist with market and competitor research and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.




- Strong spoken and written English with good report-writing and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly to customers and commercial teams.
- Interest in technical sales, commercial management, business development and the marine/shipbuilding industry.
- Willingness to learn costing, contracts, tendering, negotiation and customer account management.
- Willingness to travel within India and occasionally overseas.
