Location: Dehradun

Experience: 6 months – 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Saturday)

CTC: 25K - 30k per month

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle both business growth and operational management. The role requires a balance of client acquisition, relationship management, and dayto-day operational supervision to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. The candidate must possess leadership ability, ownership mindset, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships while managing the sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery, timely issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate effectively between clients, internal teams, and support departments for seamless execution.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and reporting mechanisms.
- Analyse operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Handle escalations, maintain complaint records, and ensure professional grievance resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets and maintain accountability.
- Take complete ownership of regional revenue growth and operational excellence.

Required Resources:

Would be required to maintain a personal laptop with good internet connectivity and smart cell phone.

NOTE:

- There will be a bond of 1 Year.
