Position - NPD Engineer
Experience- 3 to 5 Years
Salary - 45k to 50k
Qualification- B Tech in Mechanical
Key Responsibilities (NPD)
- Concept to Launch: Manage end-to-end current product development cycles from initial customer drawings to mass production.
- Client Engagement: Meet prospective clients, understand custom technical requirements, and pitch technical solutions or capabilities.
- Quality Standards: Sound knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and root-cause problem-solving tools.
- Feasibility & DFM: Review technical specifications and conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and feasibility studies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
