Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to develop and refine data models that accurately represent both current and future business needs. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that data structures support organizational objectives effectively. The work includes analyzing existing data frameworks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing comprehensive data solutions that facilitate seamless data flow and integration across systems. The Data Modeler plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through detailed data modeling activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and maintenance of data models to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective data designs.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in data modeling best practices and methodologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Experience with conceptual data modeling, logical data modeling, and physical data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of solution design and data flow design.
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Matillion and data warehousing platforms like RedShift.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable data models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data architecture and design.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
