Job Description

Nurvi Welfare Foundation is looking for enthusiastic, honest, and motivated candidates with good communication skills for the position of Fundraiser to support the Foundation’s social initiatives. The selected candidate must be willing to work at different locations across Mumbai as per the organization’s requirements. The work location may vary and can include malls, cinema halls, IT parks, corporate areas, public places, event venues, and other suitable locations where fundraising activities are conducted. The candidate should have excellent speaking and communication skills and be confident in interacting with people and explaining the Foundation’s social initiatives. Candidates who are currently based in Mumbai will be given preference. The selected candidate will also be required to actively participate in online and offline fundraising campaigns. This opportunity is suitable for individuals who are interested in working in the social sector and wish to contribute to meaningful social initiatives through fundraising and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Excellent communication and speaking skills with the ability to confidently interact with the public.





- Candidates who are based in Mumbai will be given preference.

- Actively participate in online and offline fundraising campaigns.

- Approach and communicate with potential donors and explain the NGO’s social initiatives.

- Maintain transparency, honesty, and professionalism throughout the fundraising process.

- Follow the organization’s guidelines and carry out fundraising activities responsibly.

Candidate Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates will be given preference.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with experience in fundraising or field work will be preferred.

- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people.

- Ability to communicate confidently with people from different backgrounds.

- Willingness to travel and work at different locations as required.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Forms/Sheets, and social media.

- Honesty, a positive attitude, and an interest in social work are essential.

Work Location

As per the organization’s operational area. Salary Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and responsibilities associated with the position. A performance-based incentive may also be applicable, as per the organization’s policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
