Job Description:

The Nursing Tutor / Clinical Instructor is responsible for providing theoretical instruction and clinical training to nursing students. The role involves guiding students in classroom, laboratory and clinical settings, ensuring the integration of nursing theory into practice, assessing student performance, and promoting skilled, ethical and evidence based nursing care. Clinical instructors mentor students during clinical rotations and help develop competencies required for professional nursing practice.

Key skills:

- Combination of classroom teaching, skill laboratory instruction and hospital clinical supervision.
- May require rotation across affiliated hospitals and healthcare centres.
- Occasional participation in seminars, workshops and academic events.
- Knowledge of Marathi and English language.

Qualification:

Strictly B.Sc. or PBB.Sc. (Nursing) only

Should have a valid MNC Registration / application receipt

Proficiency in Marathi and English language is desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
