Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our four-wheeler automobile dealership in Kollam, Kerala.

The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the Service Department, ensuring that customer concerns are properly understood, documented, communicated to technicians, and resolved efficiently.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in automobile service, preferably as a Service Advisor in a four-wheeler dealership or authorized service centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements and concerns.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately document customer-reported issues.
- Prepare detailed job cards based on customer requirements and vehicle condition.
- Explain required service, repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for proper diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Monitor vehicle service progress and keep customers updated.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs or work when required.
- Prepare and explain service estimates and final bills.
- Ensure vehicles are completed and delivered within the committed timeline.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all customer concerns are properly addressed.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts Department for required parts and availability.
- Handle service-related complaints and customer concerns professionally.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups and collect customer feedback.




- Promote periodic maintenance, additional repair work, service packages, and other relevant offerings.
- Maintain accurate job cards, estimates, approvals, customer records, and follow-ups.
- Update customer and vehicle information in the DMS/CRM system.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service processes and standards.
- Support customer retention and repeat-service business.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Service Advisor / Service Consultant or in a similar automobile service role.
- Positive knowledge of four-wheeler vehicles and basic automotive systems.
- Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer complaints and explain technical issues in simple language.
- Strong coordination skills with customers, technicians, and parts teams.
- Good follow-up, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with DMS/CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented service environment.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
