Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Purpose
To execute civil works at industrial project sites as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules, while ensuring quality, cost control, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute day-to-day civil activities including excavation, foundations, RCC work, structural works, flooring, and finishing.
- Study drawings and specifications; coordinate with the design/consultant team for clarifications and revisions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans aligned with the overall project schedule.

Manpower & Site Management

- Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to activities; supervise contractors and site labour for optimum productivity.
- Monitor progress against plan, identify slippages, and take corrective action to meet targets.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping) and client representatives for smooth execution.

Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Billing

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings for tendering and execution.
- Estimate material, manpower, and cost requirements; raise indents and monitor consumption against estimates.
- Record joint measurements at site and maintain measurement books/sheets.




- Check and certify contractor RA bills; prepare client bills and support timely certification and payment.
- Prepare and evaluate rate analysis for extra items, variations, and change orders; track deviations against the budget.
- Assist in reconciliation of materials issued to contractors and closing of final accounts.

Quality, Safety & Documentation

- Ensure quality of workmanship through regular checks, level/alignment verification, and coordination with the QA/QC team.
- Maintain site records — daily progress reports, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Enforce EHS norms and safe working practices at site.

Desired Skills

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project/Primavera.
- Sound understanding of relevant IS codes, standard measurement practices (IS 1200), construction methods, and industrial project standards.
- Strong numerical ability for estimation, billing, and reconciliation.
- Valuable manpower handling, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
