JOB MISSION

Inspire and educate students through hands-on STEM and Robotics sessions, while developing your teaching, communication, and curriculum skills.

ELIGIBILITY

- B.Tech / B.E.
- BCA / MCA
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Science / Computer Science or equivalent
- Genuine interest in STEM & Robotics
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati will be an advantage

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in STEM & Robotics sessions.
- Support Senior STEM & Robotics Coaches.
- Conduct hands-on learning activities for students.




- Support the STEM & Robotics team in day-to-day operations and assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and report progress to the reporting manager.
- Submit regular work updates through SumHR or the assigned project management tool.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Robotics, Coding, or Electronics.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of different age groups.
- Team player with punctuality and reliability.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience.
- Basic knowledge of curriculum design or lesson planning.
