Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Yoga Instructor to conduct structured yoga sessions focused on physical, mental, and therapeutic well-being. The instructor will guide participants through traditional and therapeutic yoga practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Meditation, Pranayama, and Therapeutic Yoga sessions (mandatory)
- Design and lead daily yoga routines as per participants’ needs
- Guide students in correct postures, breathing techniques,



and meditation practices
- Provide therapeutic yoga sessions for stress management and health improvement
- Ensure safety, discipline, and proper alignment during sessions
- Maintain a calm, positive, and motivating environment

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Meditation techniques
- Expertise in Pranayama
- Hands-on experience in Therapeutic Yoga

Qualifications:

- Certified Yoga Instructor (recognized institute preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience

Preferred Candidate:

- Passionate about holistic health and wellness
- Disciplined, calm, and professional attitude
- Willing to stay on-site (food & accommodation provided)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
