Position: Architect / Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings and detailed designs.
- Create 3D views, elevations and interior presentations.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, site and project teams for execution.
- Visit project sites and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and colour schemes.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications and quantity estimates wherever required.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and consultants.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related site issues.
- Ensure projects are completed according to design standards, quality and timelines.
- Make modifications to drawings based on client and management requirements.





Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D Max / Revit / Lumion / V-Ray will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of building materials, interior finishes and construction methods.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in real estate, residential projects, commercial projects or construction.
- Candidates who can independently handle drawings and coordinate with site teams will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
