Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data and CRM records.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Track leads, enquiries, sales opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and communications.
- Monitor customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Generate CRM reports related to leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer status.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
- Support the sales team with customer information and follow-up activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
