Prepare and cook vegetarian Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

Handle preparation of vegetables, sauces, noodles, rice, and other Chinese ingredients.

Assist the Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.

Maintain proper taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of dishes.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to minimize wastage.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.

Coordinate with other kitchen team members during service.

Monitor stock levels and inform the senior chef about shortages or requirements.

Ensure timely preparation of mise en place before service.

Follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain discipline in the kitchen

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
