Job title: Technical Support Engineer Freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or other channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Identify problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams when required.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
- Technical Graduate (B.Tech/B.E.) or 3-Year Technical Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
