Job Summary

Vanamo is looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistency and quality in taste and presentation
- Operate coffee machines and related equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and café area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and handle payments when required
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times




- Assist with stock management and daily opening/closing duties

Requirements & Skills

- Prior experience as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
