Opine Lifestyles is looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial marketing professional to join our Founder’s Office and work directly with the leadership team on building the next phase of the brand.

Opine works at the intersection of luxury hospitality, design and bespoke manufacturing, creating guest-experience products and OS&E; solutions for leading hotels and hospitality brands across India and international markets.

The Role

This is a marketing-first Founder’s Office role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically but, more importantly, take ownership and execute.

You will work across:

- Brand Strategy & Positioning – Strengthen how Opine is positioned within the luxury hospitality and design ecosystem.
- Content & Thought Leadership – Build a strong LinkedIn and digital content engine for both the company and leadership.
- B2B Marketing & Outreach – Develop targeted campaigns to reach hotels, designers, architects, procurement teams and hospitality decision-makers.
- PR & Brand Visibility – Identify publications, speaking opportunities, awards, collaborations and industry platforms that can expand Opine's presence.
- Digital Marketing – Plan and execute campaigns across relevant digital channels and track performance.
- Events & Partnerships – Leverage exhibitions, hospitality events and strategic collaborations to build awareness and relationships.




- Growth Experiments – Test new channels and ideas, measure results and scale what works.
- Founder’s Office Projects – Work directly with leadership on select strategic initiatives beyond marketing when required.

Who We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, growth or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand building.
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Comfortable owning projects from strategy through execution.
- Data-aware and able to track marketing KPIs rather than focusing only on activity.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial workplace.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury, design, architecture or B2B brands is an advantage.

The mandate is simple: make more of the right people know Opine.

We want measurable growth in brand visibility, industry reach, qualified relationships, digital presence and ultimately business opportunities.

This is a high-ownership role with direct access to the founders and significant scope to shape how Opine grows its brand in India and internationally.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
