Requirements:-

- Conduct regular quality audits on processes, calls, transactions, or deliverables as per
- defined quality standards.
- Evaluate performance against established quality parameters and compliance
- guidelines.
- Identify gaps, errors, and areas of improvement and share detailed audit findings with
- managers.
- Prepare and maintain quality audit reports, scorecards, and MIS.
- Provide constructive feedback and training to team members to improve performance
- and quality output.
- Participate in root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with operations, training, and management teams to drive quality
- compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail




- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Ability to provide feedback in a professional and constructive manner
- Sound knowledge of quality frameworks, audit processes, and SOPs
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- Certification in Quality/Auditing (preferred but not mandatory)
- 3–8 years of experience in a Quality Auditor or Quality Analyst role
- Experience in Travel industry / BPO / KPO / Operations / Service Industry

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
