Career Pathway

First 3 Months — Intern

- Stipend: ₹5,000/month
- Hands-on experience in community outreach, patient engagement, healthcare initiatives and social impact activities
- Internship Certificate upon successful completion

Next Stage — Trainee

- Shortlisted candidates will be offered a Trainee position
- Stipend: ₹8,000/month
- Greater responsibility and field exposure

Final Stage — Full time

- Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, commitment and suitability will be considered for a Full-Time position




- Salary and role will be discussed based on performance and responsibilities
