We are a full-service MarTech, branding, and content agency working with 150+ brands across luxury hospitality, F&B;, Automobile, EdTech, D2C, real estate, event management, lifestyle categories, etc. Our work is built on tight, intentional craft: strategy, creative, and performance under one roof.

With our footprint in Jaipur, we are looking for a Graphic Designer who treats a brand system as a living discipline, not a folder of templates, and who can hold visual craft to a standard the feed rewards and the founder notices.

The Role

You are the visual engine behind a portfolio of 4 to 6 brands. You take a strategy and a brief and turn them into work that looks inevitable: on-brand, on-format, and sharp enough to stop a thumb. You work alongside social media managers, writers, video editors, and the performance team, but the visual direction is yours to hold.

This is a role for someone who can build a brand system in the morning, adapt a campaign across nine placements by afternoon, and still care about kerning at 7pm.

What You'll Own

- Visual identity and design systems across a portfolio of client brands
- Social-first creative: statics, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and frames for Reels and Shorts
- Campaign key visuals and their adaptation across every format, placement, and aspect ratio
- Brand guidelines: building them, evolving them, and enforcing them so nothing off-system ships
- Pitch decks and client presentations designed to a standard that wins rooms
- Print, packaging, event, and OOH collateral where the brand calls for it
- Design QA on your own work and the team's: hierarchy, grid, type, and color, checked before delivery
- Translation of a written brief into a visual direction, with the judgment to push back when the brief is wrong
- Coordination with video and motion on animated adaptations of static systems




- Coordination with the SMM and copy teams on brief-to-execution handoffs

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally at an agency or across multiple brand categories
- Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- A real typographic sense: layout, grid, hierarchy, spacing, and color that hold up under scrutiny
- Portfolio across at least 3 categories (hospitality, F&B;, D2C, EdTech, lifestyle, luxury, or B2B) with visible craft, not just volume
- Social-native instinct: you design for the feed and the format, not the print bureau
- The ability to build and hold a brand system from a blank page
- Presentation and deck design skills: you can make a pitch look as considered as the strategy behind it
- Comfort taking feedback and iterating rapid without letting craft slip
- Comfortable with fast turnarounds, multi-brand context switching, and deadline pressure without losing polish

Bonus Points If You

- Have designed for luxury or premium brands
- Have motion or animation chops (After Effects) and can bring a static system to life
- Have print production, packaging, or event branding experience for D2C or F&B;
- Understand where AI image and design tools fit into a real production workflow, and where they do not
- Have built a brand identity from scratch and can walk through the thinking
- Are based in Jaipur or open to relocating from within Rajasthan
