About the Role:
Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, and supply operations while ensuring timely availability of materials across outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement of food, non-food, and packaging materials.
- Ensure timely availability of materials across outlets.
- Oversee store operations, including receiving, dispatch, inventory, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, par levels, reconciliations, and physical audits.
- Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and inventory standards.
- Coordinate vendor approvals, invoice verification, and reconciliations with Finance.
- Support current product sourcing and cost optimization.
- Coordinate logistics and inter-city material transfers when required.
- Proficiency in inventory/procurement management systems.
