Job Summary

Khodiyar CAD Center is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Civil CAD Tutor/Trainer to provide in-house training to students and help them develop practical, industry-ready skills in Civil Engineering design and software.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Civil Engineering, structural design, architectural/engineering drawings and relevant software, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-house CAD/BIM/structural design training for Civil Engineering students.
- Provide practical, hands-on training through exercises and projects.
- Teach students how design software is used in real industry applications.
- Guide students on final-year projects, research projects and practical assignments.
- Help students develop their academic and career goals.
- Identify student strengths and weaknesses and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare training materials, exercises and practical assignments.
- Conduct technical workshops and advanced lectures.
- Support students in design competitions, hackathons and BIM/structural design competitions.
- Guide students in model making, prototypes and practical design projects.




- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Handle technical queries and provide solutions.
- Update course content according to new technologies and industry requirements.
- Support corporate/industrial training when required.

Required Software Knowledge

AutoCAD | Revit | Revit Structure | STAAD.Pro | 3ds Max | Google SketchUp

Knowledge of additional Civil/BIM/structural design software will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Strong Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Good understanding of structural design, engineering standards and construction practices.
- Good knowledge of CAD/BIM/design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing students.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Industry experience in Civil/Structural/BIM Design will be an advantage.

Salary: 18,000 - 27,000 INR/ Month
