Job Title: Packing Supervisor

Job Location: Kim, Tadkeshwar

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the packing team.
- Check daily packing work and ensure timely completion.
- Make sure products are packed properly and safely.
- Check the quantity and quality of packed products.
- Maintain packing material and stock records.
- Allocate work to packing staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the packing area.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team.
- Report daily packing work to the senior management.
- Handle packing-related problems and find quick solutions.
- Ensure company rules and safety procedures are followed.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in packing or warehouse work.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock and packing processes.
- Able to manage a team and complete work on time.
- Responsible, disciplined and hardworking.
