About the Role

Aakash Digital is looking for high-energy, target-driven sales professionals to join our team as Senior Admission Officers in Kolkata.

If you enjoy interacting with students and parents, understand consultative sales, and are motivated by achieving meaningful targets, this could be the right prospect for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on Aakash Digital’s courses and learning programs.
- Handle admission-related enquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Achieve individual and team admission/sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.




- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the sales journey.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: B.Tech/B.E. or MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales, admissions, education counselling, inside sales, or EdTech will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently communicate value.
- Comfortable working from office and following a 6-day work schedule.
