About the Role

We are looking for an IT & EdTech Support Executive who will be responsible for implementing and supporting digital learning solutions across schools, managing internal IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance to employees and client schools, and ensuring smooth operation of digital platforms and educational technology.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on knowledge of IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, system administration, and EdTech platforms, along with good communication and school-training skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. EdTech & School Deployment

- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain digital learning solutions, LMS platforms, e-books, educational software, and related applications.
- Support schools during product implementation and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct technical checks and resolve deployment-related issues.

2. Digital Content & Platform Operations

- Upload, organize, update, and format digital learning content on LMS and other platforms.
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for website maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Perform basic website and platform testing and report bugs or technical issues.

3. School Training & Client Support

- Visit client schools for installation, technical support, product demonstrations, and implementation.
- Conduct training sessions for teachers, coordinators, and school staff.
- Provide product orientation and basic technical training to ensure effective adoption of EdTech solutions.
- Maintain professional relationships with school clients.

4. IT Infrastructure & System Administration

- Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, printers, projectors, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.




- Install and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and required utilities.
- Manage user email accounts, software licenses, and basic system administration tasks.

5. Technical Helpdesk & Troubleshooting

- Provide timely technical support to internal employees and client schools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, network, email, and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support during company meetings, events, exhibitions, and school activities.
- Maintain records of recurring technical issues and their resolutions.

6. IT Asset & Vendor Management

- Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset records.
- Track laptops, desktops, networking equipment, software licenses, accessories, and other IT assets.
- Coordinate with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
- Manage AMC/service requirements and ensure timely preventive maintenance.

7. Data Security & IT Compliance

- Ensure regular data backups and basic data-recovery procedures.
- Follow and implement company IT security policies and SOPs.
- Maintain antivirus, system updates, access controls, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Ensure responsible handling of company and client data.

8. Technology Research & Innovation

- Research emerging EdTech platforms, AI tools, digital learning technologies, and productivity solutions.
- Recommend useful technology solutions that can improve school implementation and internal operations.
- Support the organization in adopting new digital tools where appropriate.

Required Skills





- Strong IT hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, printers and peripherals.
- Good understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic networking.
- Basic knowledge of LMS, e-learning platforms and digital content management.
- Basic understanding of website/CMS operations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of email administration and user account management.
- Understanding of IT asset management, backups and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to schools and client locations when required.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors/agencies.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

- BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Tech. IT/Computer Science
- Diploma in Computer Engineering / IT
- Any equivalent IT-related qualification

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in:

- IT Support
- System Administration
- Technical Support
- EdTech Implementation
- School/Institution IT Support
- Network & Hardware Support

EdTech or education-sector experience will be an added advantage.

Significant Note

This is not a programming/developer role. The candidate should be primarily from an IT Support / System Administration / EdTech Implementation background.

A candidate with practical experience in hardware + networking + software troubleshooting + LMS/digital learning platforms + client/school support will be the ideal fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
